RF Compliance Program

• Program Development

  	Every company that transmits wirelessly or provides access to those that do, has the need to develop a comprehensive RF Safety Program. This program is intended to help you afford safety to humans from RF emissions.
  	Our company can help you review your practices, analyze your facilities, document your data and develop remedies and procedures.
  	We will prepare a comprehensive plan and forms to accept, test, approve, and even operate equipment or conduct maintenance procedures.
  	Supporting services may include site audits, FCC database verification, and analytical calculations of all sites.

• Training

  This service is provided to help our clients understand and implement the safety program and its forms, to learn how to use and operate the meters, and to use our software to analyze and catalog your system.

• Equipment Verification

  	Our personnel will visit your site and document equipment types, models, serial numbers and other such devices and prepare a report or input the information into our database for you. This information is then compared to the information in the FCC database with discrepancies highlighted.
  	We will take digital photographs of the facilities and signage to either attach to your database, or store in your records.

• Metering and Mapping

  We use meters to record strength readings at your facilities. Then we prepare a map allowing you to develop safety procedures or compliance documentation.

RF Database Development

• Data Input

  We will sort through your records and input the information into our software. The product you receive is a completed database.

• FCC Reconciliation

  We will compare your records to the records contained in the FCC database. Discrepancies will be highlighted for corrective action.

RF Strength Analysis

• System Models

  	We will model your system using our analytical software providing you with a detailed report including text and graphs.
  	Easy to read reports will help identify "Hot Spots" for you to determine corrective action.

• What-If Calculations

  Going to add a new transmitter to the site? We can model the location to determine the effect of the addition. This will allow you to decide whether to deploy the device, develop restrictions, or deny it completely.

Owner's Representative

• Analytical

  As your representative, we will completely analyze your system from an "as found" condition, and offer changes or action if deemed appropriate. We will act as intermediaries so that all new efforts whether yours or clients are completely analyzed prior to implementation.

• FCC Database Maintenance

  Certain FCC requirements obligate the licensee to ensure the information on the FCC database is current and correct. As your representative, we will bring your records up to date, and make any adjustments from time to time as needed.

• Tenants

  As your representative, we will review co-location requests and make recommendations regarding operation, location, strength, signage, cutoffs, and other such items regarding RF safety issues.
