Popular image formats such as .gif, .jpg, and .bmp are supported, as well as many others. Choose to store image files directly in T-Site, or store links to files on disk. OLE support is also included, so that Microsoft Office documents or multimedia files can be embedded directly into the database, or links to these files can be stored as well. Report Generation Quickly generate detailed, printable reports in all data areas. (See also Sample Reports) Aging Report Summaries can also be generated to show overdue licenses or permits or those that will expire within 30, 60, or 90 days. Choose the licenses that will be included in the aging report. Create a customizable and concise Location Summary report, showing what licenses, equipment, etc. are contained at which location. All reports are created in a format designed to be printer-friendly. Microwave System Map A printable map of your microwave system can be automatically generated using the microwave data already stored in T-Site. The map displays antenna locations and connectivity, based on latitude and longitude. Extensive Help File Makes using the database easy, even for users inexperienced with databases. Detailed graphical representations of the database structure and hierarchy. Buttons and menu commands are explained fully. Contains complete keyword index. Powerful topical search tool for keywords or phrases allows fast access to the desired information. Bookmark your favorite help pages for quick reference. Data Navigation and Management Find and Replace feature allows user to search through all Locations for strings with many replacement or search options. QuickJump popup menu gives one-click access to locations in the database. Easy insertion and deletion of data. Custom selection filters allow for easier sorting, searching, and organizing of data. Sort through datasets or subsets quickly, ordered by any field desired. Data Exporting Nearly all data stored in the database can be exported to Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for other purposes, such as statistical analysis. A licensed copy of Microsoft Excel is required for this feature. Data generated in reports and summaries can be exported to Microsoft Word as a rich text file or exported to Notepad as a plain text file. Licensed copies of Microsoft Word and Notepad are required for these features. Data Archives and Maintenance Archives allow for easy storage, backup, data transfer and data recovery. Consultants can separate and store different client databases, and then retrieve and operate on other client databases. Compact and Repair Database utility keeps the database clean and compact for efficient use. Database Security Password Protection keeps unwanted visitors from reading T-Site data. Data Encryption provides enhanced data security on saved and archived files to help protect against data viewing using utilities such as a hex editor. Requirements Microsoft Windows 98 or better Microsoft Access 2000. If you do not have a licensed copy of Microsoft Access 2000, a copy of the Microsoft Access 2000 Run-Time is provided with T-Site free of charge. This is not a full version of Microsoft Access but it will still be able to execute T-Site to its fullest extent. Microsoft Excel 2000 (required for use with some data importing and exporting functions).
